I specialize in conducting clinical evaluations for various immigration cases, including Asylum, Extreme Hardship, T VISA, U VISA, and VAWA. The report is provided to you and your lawyer to be a part of your immigration case.
Asylum Evaluations: This evaluation is designed for individuals seeking asylum in the United States due to persecution or a well-founded fear of persecution in their home country. My assessments help document the psychological impact of past trauma and support claims for asylum status.
Extreme Hardship Evaluations: These evaluations are critical for individuals whose removal from the U.S. would cause significant hardship to their U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident family members. Ho much do you charge for an Evaluation?
The fee for an immigration evaluation is $1000, which includes two separate one and a half hour clinical interviews, collaborating with your lawyer, and reviewing documents. I also send copies of the report to both you and your lawyer. Note:* I can coordinate professional interpreter services for an additional fee. Expedited evaluations are available for an additional fee.
